A first orientation based on 2026 rules (Blue Card €50,700), not a legal decision. The German mission and the immigration office decide each case. Citizens of Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, the UK and the USA can enter without a visa and apply in Germany within 90 days; EU citizens need no permit.
